Chuchulucos was born out of a love for the flavors that make Mexican celebrations unforgettable — the tang of chamoy on a paleta, the smell of elote grilling at a street cart, the joy of a table piled with treats everyone can share. What started as a way to share those flavors with friends and family has grown into a full event catering business, built one paleta, one pop-up, and one celebration at a time.
Today we bring the color, flavor, and warmth of Mexican dessert culture to weddings, quinceaneras, birthdays, and celebrations all across the Denver metro area and beyond.
We believe every celebration deserves color, flavor, and a little nostalgia.
